Bumble Brand Day: ATX

Bumble Brand Day: ATX
An Experiential Brand Activation in Austin, TX

Objective: To design and produce an intimate, influencer-focused brand activation for Bumble featuring a workshop with renowned sex educator Shan Boodram, a curated brunch experience, and moments of guest delight—all in service of unveiling new app features.

Involvement: Creative Production/Sourcing, Experiential Design, Creative Concepting, Spatial Layouts, Vendor Coordination, and Project Collaboration

Bumble Brand Day brought together 15 influencers for a highly curated experience at Bumble’s Austin HQ. Working closely with the Creative Director, I supported the full creative vision—building client-ready decks, sourcing and managing local vendors, and producing to-scale layouts and mock-ups for all key areas. The experience featured soft-seating lounges for Shan’s talk, an elevated brunch tablescape, a coffee bar, and hands-on experiential activations, including a charm necklace activity with Nina Berenato and an embroidery station with Rumi Lane. Kristen Kilpatrick photographed headshots, adding an elevated, professional touch to the guest experience.

In my role as Assistant Creative Director, I collaborated across rentals, fabrication, floral, and production partners to ensure timelines, budgets, and brand standards were met. I also worked closely with the graphic designer to maintain consistency across all creative assets. Intimate in scale but rich in detail, the activation blended brand storytelling with hospitality design to create a warm, inviting environment that fostered authentic guest connections.
