Bumble Brand Day: NYC

Bumble Brand Day: NYC
An Experiential Brand Activation in Manhattan
Objective: To design and produce an intimate, influencer-focused brand activation for Bumble featuring a workshop with renowned sex educator Shan Boodram, a curated brunch experience, and moments of guest delight—all in service of unveiling new app features.
Involvement: Creative Production/Sourcing, Experiential Design, Creative Concepting, Spatial Layouts, Vendor Coordination, and Project Collaboration
Bumble Brand Day brought together 10–12 influencers for a highly curated experience in New York City. Working closely directly with the Foster, I transformed initial concepts into a fully developed creative vision—building client-ready decks, sourcing and managing vendors, and producing to-scale layouts and mock-ups for all key areas, including soft-seating lounges for Shan’s talk, an elevated brunch tablescape, an experiential candle station, and a coffee/bar.
Acting as Design Lead for part of the project, I coordinated with rental, fabrication, floral, and production partners to keep timelines, budgets, and brand standards on track. I also collaborated with the graphic designer to ensure all creative assets aligned with the overall concept. Intimate in scale but rich in detail, the activation blended brand storytelling with hospitality design to create a warm, inviting environment that fostered authentic guest connections.
